Jerry Ma at Rutgers!
So apparently, Jerry Ma from Epic Proportions just did a workshop and talk at Rutgers University.  It was about a book he co-edited about Asian American identities.  Here's an amazon link to the book Secret Identities: The Asian American Superhero Anthology
Awesome!
Wonder Woman Animated Movie Premiere
It's good. Quite good. Coming in March on DVD, Bluray, and Special Edition DVD.
Penny Arcade @ NYCC 09
The duo behind Penny Arcade(Mike Krahulik and Jerry Holkins, better known as Gabe and Tycho)Â blessed the east coast with their presense. Â They had a large booth which also featured Scott Kurtz. Together they sold merch and signed autographs along with the rest of their crew which included family and Khoo. Â Â
New York Exists in DCU
Apparently, New York City exists in the DC Universe. Â For some reason, I was always under the impression that Gotham was NYC, Metropolis was Chicago, etc.
After the premiere of the Wonder Woman animated movie, they held a panel. Â Someone asked about how Steve Trevor brought Wonder Woman to NYC upon leaving fantasy island.
The panel responded that indeed NYC exists in the DCU and that where better to take Diana than New York?
Walter Simonson
Walter Simonson, the legendary comics writer and artist was at the New York Comic Con. Â He also was at my cousin's booth: Epic Proportions (booth #1908). Â http://epicprops.com
He designed a shirt exclusively for Epic Proportions and the 2009 NYCC. Â He also signed them and their certificates of authenticity!

New York Comic Con 09
I attended the NYCC 09 this past weekend from February 6-8. There were a lot of awesome things there. Coming up I'll post more details about movies, comics, and games.
